Moodive took on the challenge of translating Trustmi’s sophisticated AI technology into a high-converting 2D animated video. By using a strategic dual-color narrative, we transformed technical jargon into a clear, high-impact visual story.
The Power of Visual Contrast: A Tale of Two Worlds
The core strategy for Trustmi revolved around a psychological use of color. We split the video into two distinct visual atmospheres to guide the viewer from the “darkness” of the problem to the “clarity” of the solution:
- The Negative Space (Dark Palette): The first half of the video, presenting the problem – cyber-threats, fraud, and financial losses – was set against a deep black and dark teal background. This intentional choice represented the negativity and hidden dangers of the current financial landscape. The dark environment amplified the sense of urgency and risk.
- The Trustmi Solution (Bright Palette): As the narrative shifts to the Trustmi platform, the visual world undergoes a complete transformation. The background flips to a clean, bright white, and the color palette becomes vibrant and inviting. This shift instantly signals relief and security, subconsciously linking the Trustmi brand with transparency and protection.
- Human-Centric 2D Design: Despite the high-tech nature of the product, we utilized modern 2D character animation to keep the story relatable. We visualized the “heroes” of the story – the financial teams – moving from a cluttered, overwhelming data environment into a streamlined, secure ecosystem provided by Trustmi.
- Simplifying the Abstract: Technical concepts like “Approval Flows,” “Vendor Databases,” and “ERP integration” were visualized as intuitive 2D icons and smooth UI representations. This allowed the audience to grasp the product’s functionality without needing a background in cybersecurity.
